As a Brand Creative Manager, you'll closely collaborate with creative leadership to manage comprehensive content plans and deliverables for high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end content production for various formats (digital/interactive, display, video, audio).
- Partner with Creative Director and PMO to determine resources within budget, obtain and review production estimates.
- Lead strategic and creative feedback on all content (video rough, fine, and final cuts).
- Develop, communicate, and implement production plans, timelines, and asset trackers (automated tools).
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, communicating delivery date shifts/delays.
- Oversee budget & scope actualization for content and external vendors.
Competencies:
- Content Production Expertise: Deep understanding of integrated campaign content production, video/digital production processes, AI technologies, and best practices.
- Budget Management: Expertise in scoping, cost benchmarking, and understanding market rates.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Collaboration: Positive relationships with internal/external teams.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive identification and resolution of production challenges.
- Communication: Clear and timely updates to all stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience leveraging or thinking critically about integrating AI into work processes.
- Minimum 8 years in content production (digital/video); agency/in-house experience a plus.
- Proficiency in project/production management tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience in B2B/technology sectors preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Film Production, or related field.
