Full-Time SEO Content Manager - Manila

Reports directly to the Director of SEO and leads a holistic SEO-first content strategy aligned with digital marketing and business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Defines and drives the overall SEO vision and roadmap.
2. Leads and mentors a team of SEO Content professionals.
3. Champions cross-functional collaboration, ensuring SEO best practices are integrated into content marketing, UX, development, and digital merchandising.
4. Develops and communicates a structured framework for ongoing education and innovation.
5. Develops a robust SEO Content strategy.
6. Oversees the development of high-quality, search-optimized content.
7. Integrates generative AI tools into the content creation process.
8. Guides the creation of evergreen and campaign-based content strategies.
9. Ensures content aligns with audience segmentation, brand voice, and conversion goals.
10. Maintains expert-level knowledge of SEO best practices and industry trends.
11. Leads SEO initiatives for large-scale content updates.
12. Collaborates with UX, Ecommerce, and Marketing teams.
13. Utilizes analytical tools to measure performance.
14. Establishes and tracks KPIs.
15. Drives experimentation and A/B testing.
16. Integrates AI-powered content optimization tools.
17. Facilitates team education on emerging trends.
18. Collaborates with partners to explore generative AI applications.
19. Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
20. Represents the SEO function in leadership meetings.
21. Advocates for continuous learning.
22. Supports other projects as assigned.
23. Ensures harmonious relationships between officers and co-employees.
24. Maintains timely attendance and preparation.
25. Performs other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field.
• Preferably with a master’s degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SEO or digital content creation.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale SEO strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and the digital landscape.
• Experience leveraging AI-driven content creation and SEO automation tools.
• Proficiency in SEO and content creation tools.
• Understanding of HTML, CMS, JavaScript and their impact on SEO.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

Location: Remote, Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.

Must-haves:

• Attend occasional in-person meetings.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50MBPS).
