Full-Time Content Marketing Manager

Join our Locker division’s marketing team as a Content Marketing Specialist. In this role, you’ll focus on creating compelling content that builds brand awareness, engages audiences, and supports sales initiatives.

• Create and Curate Content: Write and edit blogs, social posts, infographics, and other formats. Collaborate with internal teams and external contributors when needed.
• Optimize for Visibility: Apply SEO best practices and adapt content for social media to maximize reach and engagement.
• Publish and Distribute: Use CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) to publish content across web, email, and social platforms.
• Analyze Performance: Track metrics like traffic and engagement to improve content effectiveness.
• Maintain Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in tone and style across all content.
• Explore AI Tools: Use AI solutions for content ideation and editing while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation or content marketing
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with SEO and CMS platforms
• Comfortable using analytics tools to measure performance
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for efficiency
