Rainforest is seeking a Content & Communications Manager to lead Rainforest’s voice across social, owned, and earned channels. This role blends strategic communications, creative storytelling, and hands-on content creation.
High-impact opportunities:
- Managing Rainforest’s LinkedIn profile, and expanding our presence to other channels
- Turning founder ideas into high-performing social content, essays, and threads
- Leading production for our weekly payments newsletter and Payments Strategy Show podcast
- Drafting updates for investors, partners, and key stakeholders
- Crafting materials for events and key recruiting initiatives
- Driving outreach for speaking opportunities, event panels, and award submissions
- Creating partner marketing assets that leverage Rainforest's core messaging
- Experimenting with tools and workflows to scale Rainforest’s GTM motion
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing (B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments)
- Knowledge in turning complex technical ideas into compelling stories
- Track record of growing brand reach and organic impressions across social channels
- Comfortable being both the strategist and executor
- Excellent judgment for tone, timing, and messaging
