Full-Time People and Content Marketing Assistant Manager

• Manage and lead all people and content marketing projects, including Social Media Management, KOL engagement and Livestreaming.
• Conceptualise, plan and manage content marketing strategies to support clients.
• Produce high-quality content by collaborating with influencers, designers and writers.
• Expand Synagie’s KOL content creator network.
• Oversee live stream production & coordination.
• Own & improve livestream production processes.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage day-to-day production and financial management.
• Track and measure campaign performance, providing insights.
• Ownership of People & Content Marketing revenue growth.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Manage billings and payment accuracy.
• Documentation and archival of content.
• Build & maintain market & category benchmarks.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in marketing (retail field is a plus).
• Bilingual in English and Tagalog (preferred).
• Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate.
• Strong digital and social media understanding.
• Strategic thinker with execution skills.
• Experience in driving Digital initiatives.
• Excellent managerial and communication skills.
• Innovative and strategic with data analytical mindset.
