Full-Time Business Advisor - Venture X

As a Business Advisor for Vast, you will travel to franchise locations to understand and define their needs, help them achieve goals, and support new business setups.

Specific duties include:

• Developing sales strategies and coaching Sales Managers.
• Providing guidance on marketing campaigns and lead development.
• Training on Vast guidelines for sales and operations.
• Implementing franchise location training (industry-specific and Vast-specific).
• Examining P&L statements and creating solutions for expense reduction/revenue increase.
• Instructing franchisees in areas for improvement.
• Compiling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Vast locations.
• Assisting franchisees with brand image, profitability, and sales.
• Participating in regional meetings and completing paperwork.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong sales and operations development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Coworking and flexible office space industry.
• Strong customer relationship building skills.
• High organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with customers.
• Associates degree or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of Coworking/Flexible Office Space experience.
• Sales and business operations experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
• Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Experience with graphic design, POS, and accounting software (a plus)
