Full-Time Business Analyst

The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

By analyzing data, gathering requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, Business Analysts ensure that business objectives are met through effective use of technology, systems, and process improvements.

They work closely with stakeholders to influence decision-making, optimize operations, and deliver value across various business units.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Gathers, validates, and translates requirements into design and development specifications.
• Provides product management and analyzes data for potential business expansion.
• Influences stakeholders to support business projects.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to improve productivity across the enterprise, including relevant stakeholders on strategic planning and workforce optimization.
• Reviews, modifies, and recommends database and system application requirements.
• Possesses knowledge of business structures, direction and strategy, life cycle processes, and development practices.
• Develops and maintains reporting tools.
• Performs data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
• Provides management with monthly reports.

The Ideal Candidate

• Skilled in data analytics using Excel, PowerBI, and SQL to solve complex problems, optimize queries, and deliver actionable insights
• Knowledge of data modeling techniques
• Skilled in presentation development primarily using PowerPoint
• Excellent time management, organization, planning skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to turn complex concepts into simple language
• Provides support and leadership for projects and tasks
• Can work independently or in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Business Analysis, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
