Tasks:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, or functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in and support Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, demos, retrospectives).
- Use process modeling tools to visualize and communicate workflows.
- Coordinate and support testing efforts, including defining test scenarios and reviewing test results.
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and track tasks/issues in JIRA.
- Help ensure solutions meet business goals while maintaining technical feasibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a complex/technical environment.
- Strong experience translating business requirements into user stories or use cases with close attention to detail.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Basic understanding of XML/XSD and SQL to support technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
- Experience or familiarity with test management tools is a plus.
