Full-Time Business Analyst

BryceTech is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team and support the Air Force Research Laboratory. The role involves data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and product requirements.
• Gather information through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Identify trends, processes, and opportunities for improvement using data and workflows.
• Support strategic planning by developing project plans, managing risks, and delivering actionable insights.
• Create visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
• Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain data models, processes, and tools.
• Participate in internal discussions to inform strategic planning.
• Stay knowledgeable in industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, data science, statistics, or related field
• Proven experience in data analysis, data management, and visualizations
• Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL)
• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-collaboration and project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Secret clearance required, TS preferred
