We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the financial sector, specializing in savings funds, pension plans, record-keeping, investment funds, and fiduciary operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in similar roles within the financial sector.
• Strong experience in business analysis and definition of functionalities for platforms handling savings funds, pension plans, record-keeping, and investment funds.
• Knowledge of fiduciary processes and fund administration.
• Ability to analyze, structure, and document operational and functional processes.
• Experience collaborating with development and CX teams to validate technological solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher) to collaborate with international teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define the necessary functionalities for the operation of the company’s managed products.
2. Detail and document business and operational requirements.
3. Collaborate with the development team, providing clear specifications.
4. Analyze and evaluate solution proposals.
5. Ensure solutions align with current client operations.
6. Propose alternative development solutions.
7. Create and execute test matrices.
8. Ensure the execution of comprehensive testing.
