Full-Time Business Analyst

About Doctor Care Anywhere: We are a leading digital healthcare platform providing telehealth services to over 2 million patients annually. We work with insurers, healthcare providers, and corporate customers.

Your New Role: You will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time, implementing changes smoothly, and utilizing Doctor Care Anywhere methodology. You will support project implementation, future strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration to identify and design new processes and solutions. Liaising with third-party providers is also part of the job.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Work with the Head of Change and Transformation.
2. Demonstrate commercial experience in Business Analysis/Change Management.
3. Possess strong critical thinking and influencing skills.
4. Understand, interpret, and communicate stakeholder requirements.
5. Capture, analyze, and document project and business process requirements.
6. Assess business impact of changes and new process requirements.
7. Influence backlog item prioritization for maximum business benefit.
8. Support acceptance testing activities.
9. Promote Lean and Agile ways of working.
10. Undertake project management oversight and tasks on small projects.

Experience Must-Haves:

• Solid experience with business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall approaches.
• Ability to untangle complex problems and articulate complex ideas to different audiences.
• Cross-functional experience, ideally within an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management experience.
• Project management experience.
• Strong relationship building skills with peers and stakeholders.
• Prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify, document, and communicate customer journeys.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
