Full-Time Business Analyst

Elite Technology is a leading, independent technology company that helps law firms improve profitability, efficiency, and visibility.

As a Business Analyst, you will drive business process improvements for our financial SaaS solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to define business requirements for financial SaaS solutions.
• Define and document user personas.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Align business processes with SaaS automation and cloud-native capabilities.
• Partner with engineers, product teams, and cloud architects during the SDLC.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of system behaviors and financial configurations.
• Define documentation standards.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of SQL experience.
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience, focusing on SaaS software and financial applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analytical and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage ambiguity in technical and financial discussions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with software QA methodologies and tools.
• Preferred: Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
• Preferred: Prior experience with public cloud solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Preferred: Proficiency in English (B2+ CEFR).
