Full-Time Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you'll drive high-level business process improvements for Elite products. You'll lead analysis, mentor junior analysts, and own the business process architecture.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to discover, analyze, and document business requirements for financial SaaS solutions.
• Define and document personas based on system configuration patterns.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify improvement areas.
• Align business processes with SaaS automation and cloud-native capabilities.
• Partner with engineers (Developers & QA) and product teams during SDLC.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base of system behaviors, business logic, and common financial configurations.
• Define documentation standards for different teams (support, engineering).

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience with SQL.
• 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, focusing on SaaS software and/or financial applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis & reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in complex technical and financial discussions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, influencing product roadmaps & priorities.
• Experience with software QA methodologies and tools.
• Optional but beneficial: Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA), cloud solutions experience (Azure, AWS, GCP).
