Impact

• Work closely with government clients and stakeholders to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize clear and actionable requirements for AMANDA software implementations and enhancements.
• Utilize advanced SQL querying to analyze data and gain insights into government processes.
• Analyze and map current and future government processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Ensure that requirements are comprehensive and aligned with government expectations and software capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers, project managers, and QA teams to translate requirements into software features.
• Participate in testing and validation of solutions.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Identify opportunities for software enhancements based on user feedback.

Experience

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst

Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL skills (writing complex queries)

Software Knowledge

• Experience with AMANDA software or similar platforms

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Ability to work closely with government stakeholders, developers, project managers, and QA teams

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating requirements

Process Optimization

• Experience optimizing government workflows and improving operational efficiency

Client Focus

• Ability to ensure client satisfaction

Industry Knowledge

• Understanding of government processes and software integration

Security and Privacy

• Responsible for Granicus information security (CIA)
• Responsible for ensuring data privacy
