Job Details
Ensuring the interface between collaborators from Corporate and RO and automation developers.
Analyzing processes desired for automation, as well as new ones.
Evaluating the effectiveness of processes to be automated, within finance and business services (Corporate and RO), to propose simplification and automation solutions.
Proposing technical options for building reports based on client needs.
Ensuring customer support for report improvements.
Collaborating with automation developers to create technical, functional, and user methodology/documentation for automation projects, ensuring traceability.
Collaborating with automation developers on planning proposals for automation projects.
Drafting functional documentation for new/automated processes, technical documentation, and user guides, in specific formats.
Supporting FBS function in developing or updating Corporate and/or other request reports.
Required Education: Higher education in Economics/IT
Required Skills: Experience with Spotfire/Power BI/Looker or other BI tools, experience with big data, knowledge of Datalake, GCP, SQL.
Language Skills: English (Advanced), French (a plus).
Software Proficiency: Strong MS Office skills.
Experience: Experience in automation projects as a business analyst.
Other Skills: Ability to listen and understand different viewpoints, strong analytical and synthesis skills, structured thinking, attention to detail, accuracy in deliverables, adaptability to situations, availability, anticipation, methodical approach, and rigor.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills, client-oriented, results-oriented.
