In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to support securities-based lending products and ensure seamless operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries via phone and email regarding loan statuses and outstanding issues.
- Meet phone performance metrics, including handle time, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Review loan applications and service requests to ensure completeness within service-level agreements.
- Process and reconcile monetary transactions while reviewing daily reports.
- Train new team members and cross-train on various functions to provide coverage as needed.
Job Skills/Requirements
- Hybrid role: 3 days in-office required.
- Ability to work 8:00 AM local time, with occasional weekends and overtime.
- Strong communication skills to effectively support internal teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and contribute to process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with financial markets and regulatory requirements.
- Project management experience.
