Full-Time Business Analyst

Lendi Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Growth Product team.

This role focuses on driving the transformation from a broking business to an end-to-end property buying experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining user stories for front-end and back-end development.
• Bridging business needs and technology solutions.
• Collaborating with a cross-functional digital team (Product Management, Engineering, Product Designers).
• Demonstrating analytical skills to propose, document, and deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst using Agile Scrum.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong technical and business skills.
• Understanding of the home loan application lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Awareness of digital design and backend connectivity.
