Full-Time Business Analyst

Our Financial Analytics team combines data analytics, business intelligence, and financial planning. We take a comprehensive view of the company’s operations and finances. Responsibilities include company-wide business intelligence, reporting, dashboard development, forecasting and budgeting, risk management, pricing, and decision support for various business units.

Team Responsibilities:

• In-depth analysis of causes and trends to identify problems/opportunities.
• Financial modeling to simulate and forecast business elements.
• Dashboard creation and redesign, including underlying data structures, to support various teams.
• Quantification of uncertainty and statistical variance in projections/scenarios.
• Ad hoc support of sales, finance, and operational departments.
• Improvement of current reporting processes for automation, frequency, and efficiency.
• Ensuring the integrity of financial models, reporting, and databases.
• Support major company growth and expansion opportunities.
• In-depth reporting development with Tableau.
• Complex Excel model development for insights into company operations.
• Pricing optimization for new and existing products.
• Monitoring and managing company risk.
• Financial and analytical support for executive team decisions.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as an analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Masters) is a plus.
• Familiarity with operational and financial modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with BI reporting tools (Tableau preferred).
