Full-Time Business Analyst

Our Financial Analytics team combines data analytics, business intelligence, and financial planning. We have a wide array of responsibilities including company-wide business intelligence, reporting, dashboard development, forecasting, budgeting, risk management, pricing, and decision support for various business units. We utilize complex modeling to link raw data to financial performance.

We're seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to focus on growth initiatives in the U.S. and globally.

Responsibilities:

• In-depth exploration of causes and trends to identify problems/opportunities
• Utilization of financial models for simulating and forecasting business elements
• Creation and redesign of dashboards and their underlying data structures to support various teams
• Quantification of uncertainty and statistical variance in projections/scenarios
• Ad hoc support of sales, finance, and operational departments
• Improvement of current reporting processes for automation, frequency, and efficiency
• Ensuring integrity of financial models, reporting, and databases
• Assisting on major company growth/expansion opportunities
• Developing in-depth reporting with Tableau
• Developing complex Excel models for insights into operations
• Optimizing pricing on new and existing products in conjunction with Business Development
• Monitoring and managing company risk
• Providing financial and analytical support for Executive team decisions

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of work experience as an analyst or similar role
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• Advanced degree (MBA or Masters in analytics) is a plus
• Familiarity with operational and financial modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large data volumes
• Hands-on experience with BI reporting tools (Tableau preferred)
