Years of Experience: 16+ years of experience in the field.
Lawson Versions: 15+ years Lawson Versions 8, 9, 10 for Human Resources (HR), Benefits (BN), Payroll (PR), Absence/Leave (LP), Personnel (PA).
CloudSuite Experience: 3+ years' implementation CloudSuite experience specifically GHR and Payroll.
BSI-Tax Factory Experience: 15+ years' experience with BSI-Tax factory.
Infor Version 11: Infor Version 11 application upgrade experience.
Business System Analysis: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standard (including Legacy, Core, and Emerging technologies), business process mapping, and reengineering.
Solution Options: Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc.
User Needs: Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Specifications: Prepare and document Functional and Technical Specifications for reporting and data warehouse work. Assist with business warehouse/intelligence support and enhancements.
RFPs: Develops RFPs.
End-user Reporting: Assist in deployment and management of end-user reporting tools and platforms. Work with IT and business project teams to understand reporting and data warehousing requirements and propose solutions.
Knowledge Transfer: Document and provide knowledge transfer to the rest of the Enterprise Reporting Team for all solutions.
Relational Databases: Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.
Reporting Requirements: Understands reporting and data warehousing requirements and propose solutions.
Multiple Implementations: Multiple Infor Global HR/BN/LP/Payroll Implementations
Degree Requirement: These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor's degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
