About the Role:As a Business Analyst, you'll play a vital product role ensuring customer requirements are effectively evaluated and addressed. Working cross-functionally with Customer Operations, Growth, and Development teams, you'll help deliver new features to our applications. Your goal is to support our product roadmap, delight customers, and optimize business outcomes. The ideal candidate is hands-on and capable of breaking down product stories into technical building blocks. Reports to the CPTO.
Salary:$80,000-$100,000 annually, plus performance-incentivized bonus. Fully remote within the US, with possible travel for events.
What You'll Do:
- Support product roadmap, requirements, delivery, documentation, design, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with R&D by creating tickets, user stories, overseeing sprints, and managing releases.
- Assist Delivery Manager and technology leaders by removing roadblocks.
- Act as liaison among customers, internal technical, growth, and operations teams.
- Create and document user stories/use cases, process flows, data flows, and scenarios.
- Develop high-fidelity wireframes and mockups.
- Analyze product performance and metrics to inform future iterations.
About You:
- 5-7 years of product analysis experience, preferably in SaaS/startup.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Data-driven, documentation-focused approach to decision-making.
- Experience in conducting discovery and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
