Location: REMOTE - US based

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000+ Bonus Plan (up to 20%)

Travel: 5-10% domestic; quarterly to Chicago, IL; 1-2x to a client site

DescriptionOur client, a leading technology consulting firm, is seeking a CRM Business Analyst to join their U.S.-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, writing detailed user stories, facilitating client meetings to define project scope, developing test scripts, conducting system testing, and delivering user training. A banking background is essential, along with a strong ability to collaborate, self-motivate, and effectively communicate the importance of data integrity to operational users.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate systems to identify areas for improvement
• Continuously review processes and develop strategies for optimization
• Act as subject matter expert for each client project
• Train users on completed CRM systems
• Write and perform tests on scripts
• Work cross-functionally with developers and project managers to ensure client satisfaction
• Explain technical and functional concepts to non-technical users to aid decision-making
• Create documentation for systems, business requirements, user manuals, and training materials
• Configure, personalize, troubleshoot, and provide support for the CRM application
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor their progress
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of CRM business analyst experience required
• Banking (not credit union) experience required
• CRM system administration required
• Willingness to learn Creatio required
