Full-Time Business Analyst (Collections & Recoveries)

Mission Lane is revolutionizing access to credit for millions of Americans. We're seeking a data-driven problem solver to join our Collections & Recoveries team as a Business Analyst.

• Shape Loss Mitigation strategy through rigorous analytics.
• Solve delinquency challenges and uncover actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Package insights into business cases to drive outcomes.
• Leverage data, technology, and customer insights for key initiatives.
• Work with partners across Product, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
• Analyze data and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proactively seek information and solve complex problems.
• Build best-in-class capabilities (Segmentation, Offer Strategy, Contact Strategy, Operational Infrastructure).

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years analytics experience in Financial Services
• A/B testing experience
• SQL proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for data and insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong business intuition
• Ownership and hustle mentality
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
