Business Analyst for a medical industry project.
Requires 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst.
Experience in:
- Sourcing business requirements for IT projects
- Modeling business environments and processes
- Creating metrics and dimensions data models for large datasets
- Leading workshops and project meetings
- Creating documentation in BI projects (data repositories, mappings, reports)
- Using SQL for large datasets (minimum 1 million records)
- ETL/ELT processes
- Agile and/or Waterfall teams
- Creating logical and physical models using Enterprise Architect
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
- SQL and Python programming
Language proficiency: Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
Skills: Strong organization, goal-orientation, interpersonal and organizational skills, adaptability, flexibility, willingness to learn.
Nice to have:
- Project experience in Healthcare
- Project experience in Data Warehousing
- Agile project management certification
- SQL certification
- Python certification
- Knowledge of HL7, health dictionaries (ICD9, ICD10, OID, PESEL)
