Full-Time Business Analyst - Ops Enablement

Job Summary: Business Analyst, Operations Enablement. The Ops Enablement team is focused on multi-team process improvement projects, client and internal communications, change management, operationalizing new products, employee training, and SOP creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Jira tickets.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SOP clarity and accuracy.
3. Regularly update SOPs to reflect process changes or system updates.
4. Analyze existing operational processes, creating diagrams and identifying areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders for project requirements and objective definition in change management projects.
6. Provide analytical and operational support for new and existing processes.
7. Utilize Smartsheet templates for tracking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience (2 years) in business analysis, operations management, project management, or process improvement.
• Strong writing skills; experience with technical writing preferred.
• Excellent ability to identify dependencies.
• Proficiency in process mapping, workflow analysis, and process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
• Strong working knowledge of Jira (projects, issue types, workflows).
• Familiarity with APIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Change management expertise with experience in facilitating organizational change.
• Proven track record in a high-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, organized self-starter.
• Understanding of Galileo business, products, and services is a plus.
