Full-Time Business Analyst Salesforce - Remote

The Business Analyst (BA) for the Salesforce team is accountable for ensuring that the completed scope of work performed by the Salesforce technical team fully meets the purposes for which it was initially requested. This includes:

• Meeting with requestors to understand strategic objectives and impacts.
• Documenting business requirements (including use cases).
• Working with the technical team to develop solution requirements.
• Developing test scripts and leading business testing.
• Obtaining written sign-off for solutions according to Longbridge’s Change Management and Project Management policies.
• Scheduling meetings to elicit requirements and document process models (current and future state).
• Controlling the requirements management process, ensuring common understanding, communicating critical dates, understanding priorities, and maintaining documentation.
• Collaborating with the technical team to define data sources, ingestion types, relationships, tables, variables, and transformations.
• Assisting in integrating technical and application components to meet requirements.
• Troubleshooting data quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing resolutions.
• Working with business counterparts on operational readiness, ensuring training and procedure updates before implementation.
• Developing QA and UAT plans and conducting testing in coordination with project and business leads.
• Scheduling and leading business testing efforts, documenting defects, and obtaining sign-off for production deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of business analyst experience
• Salesforce BA certification
• 2+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong self-management skills
• Leadership and project management skills in a cross-team environment
• PMP certification preferred
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting timelines
• Detail-oriented, ability to understand and communicate complex information
• Strong problem-solving and creative workaround development skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio
• Familiarity with Mortgage software, tools, and processes preferred
