Full-Time Business Analyst - Taxation

Take a critical role in facilitating product management, impacting a fast-growing financial company.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting in-depth research to provide insights for product decisions.
• Investigating complex taxation subjects, identifying business implications, and formulating recommendations.
• Designing tests, uncovering edge cases, and conducting rigorous testing to resolve findings.
• Analyzing, evaluating, and monitoring policy changes and identifying necessary actions.
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to connect requirements.
• Ensuring the highest quality product delivery with the Product Manager.

Requirements:

• Understanding of financial services institutions' inner workings.
• Curiosity and ability to analyze complex topics with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• Ability to extract and interpret information from legal and regulatory texts.
• Strong written and spoken German (C2 level) and English.
• Experience with Python.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative Fintech startup.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
