Full-Time Business Analyst Team Lead

Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

Oversee and prioritize the team's workload, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the iGaming industry.

Act as a bridge between business, product, marketing, and development teams.

Gather and define business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications.

Drive initiatives to improve product performance, user engagement, and monetization strategies.

Support strategic planning with data-driven insights and ad hoc analysis.

Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Strong understanding of the iGaming sector - experience in the industry is a significant advantage.
• Solid grasp of financial analysis, product metrics, and monetization strategies.
• Proven experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of payment systems, KYC, and AML processes.
