Full-Time Business and Data Analyst

• Participate in consulting engagements with clients to improve operational performance and identify complementary solutions.
• Use experience in healthcare claims, provider management, benefits, eligibility, and/or contract management to analyze business requests and develop systemic solutions.
• Participate in on-site planning and requirements gathering sessions with customers.
• Develop designs for modifications to existing Abacus Insights Platform components.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and platforms as needed.
• Analyze business requests and develop business requirements and design details.
• Conduct process analysis, process evaluation and implement process improvements.
• Analyze data/reports to validate quality of information, identify trends, highlight patterns.
• Communicate and translate concepts to both business and technical personnel.
• Assist with QA and application support for clients and our product support group.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SQL, databricks and/or snowflake
• Ability to build and manage working relationships with internal and external team members
• Ability to multi-task and react positively to frequent changes in priorities
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• High level of project organization, attention to detail, and time management
• 5+ years of experience working with Healthcare Administration software
