KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Identify and develop new business within and outside the current customer base through market research and prospection, including frequent customer visits and presentations, trade fairs, etc. on own-IP products.Work closely with the Marketing Managers to successfully promote and win own-IP products business and related Combination Product services.Work closely with the Leads Team to jointly prospect and follow-up promptly on information and samples requests, pricing requests, new services opportunities etc.Elaborate presentations, answer and win RFI/RFQ.Participate in developing the marketing strategy for this market/region.Develop and maintain relationships within all levels of the customers’ organizations. In particular these will include Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing and decision makers on Services (including HF studies, Analytical services, regulatory strategy, drug device development).Manage margin improvement through price increase and/or identifying cost reduction opportunities.Communicate and champion customer needs throughout the Nemera organization; leverage the organization to win new projects.Develop and organize effective working relationships with Nemera manufacturing facilities and project management teams in support of the customers.Manage, follow up and/or conclude existing projects.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work in an office environment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 5 years of experience in successful sales experience (prospecting + account management) in a B2B environment.Experience in pharmaceuticals and/or healthcare drug delivery devices industry desirable.Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus.Ability to travel 50% in North America and yearly to France.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:Results oriented, used to multi-year sales cycles.Excellent listener with strong communication skills. Some experience in cold calling and prospection.Curiosity and technical acumen. Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals a strong plus.Autonomous but team player, specially in a cross-cultural environment.Very structured, organized, and rigorous.

POSITION RANGE: $120,000 - $160,000 USD Salaried
