Your MissionAs an Inside Sales Representative, you play a pivotal role in our client’s sales engine. Your mission is to qualify and convert target accounts while ensuring timely, data-driven, and effective engagement. You will:
- Conduct lead qualification and stakeholder mapping across the fleet, sustainability, procurement, and IT teams.
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM systems to enrich account data.
- Execute and coordinate regional marketing and sales outreach, including webinars, grant-based initiatives, and policy-driven campaigns.
- Act as a critical bridge between marketing, business development, and strategic sales teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and tier advancement.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B lead qualification.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and a strong understanding of pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and map stakeholders within target accounts.
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar research platforms.
- Strong coordination skills, particularly in webinar logistics, follow-ups, and speaker outreach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global sales and marketing teams.
Key Performance Metrics
- 10+ qualified discovery calls per month.
- 10+ Tier 2 accounts enriched with 3–5 stakeholders added monthly.
- 30%+ conversion rate from discovery calls to sales opportunities.
- 95%+ CRM accuracy in contact roles, tagging, tiering, and engagement tracking.
- Execution of at least 1 webinar per quarter in-region.
- 100% of leads are contacted within 2 business days.
- 10+ Tier 3 to Tier 2 accounts surfaced monthly.
