Trupanion is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Inbound Phone Sales Specialists.
As an Inbound Phone Sales Specialist, you will educate potential members about our premier pet insurance policies and enroll their beloved pets in comprehensive coverage.
Success in this role is based on your individual performance, and monthly bonuses are awarded when sales goals are met and exceeded. You help cats and dogs live longer healthier lives.
Schedule: This position requires a full-time schedule (8 hour shifts x 5 days a week) including full weekends, with shifts ranging from 6:00 AM Pacific Time - 7:00 PM Pacific Time. The first seven weeks of training require you to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM Pacific Time - 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Location: Remote position open to candidates anywhere in the US aside from Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada & New York. Must have a reliable internet connection via hard-wire Ethernet.
What you will do:
- Answer inbound warm leads from potential customers.
- Utilize a consultative style to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Present the value of pet insurance policies.
- Effectively set the agenda during calls.
- Provide detailed policy information and answer questions.
- Overcome objections with confidence and empathy.
- Accurately enroll pets in policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience. 1+ year of customer service experience.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong listening skills, ability to handle objections, goal-oriented mindset, positive attitude, proficiency in basic computer applications.
Compensation: $20/hour. Monthly bonuses are possible.
