Full-Time Business Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

Utilize software tools for manipulating, validating, and updating large datasets.

Manage dashboard development, from requirements gathering to delivery.

Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Manage data analysis requests and support tickets.

Gather and document business requirements for actionable data sets.

Establish and manage sales KPIs.

Create executive-ready reports and visualizations for clear action plans.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment and project success.

Maintain data governance best practices.

Improve forecast modeling based on historical data.

About You

Proven experience in IT/computer science/data analysis.

Strong proficiency with data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Python).

Experience with dashboard design and development (Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).

Excellent skills in extracting, transforming, and cleaning large datasets (multi-TB).

Deep understanding of business needs and translating them into data products.

Experience in commercial product development (inception to scaling).

Proficiency in Excel and presentation skills.

Excellent analytical abilities.

Requirements

• CS degree in IT related field
• 3+ years proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., SQL, Python)
• 3+ years building dashboards with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Direct Salesforce and Tableau experience
• Experience programming for large data set extraction, transformation, and cleaning
• Excellent Excel and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience developing reports aligning with metrics

Preferred

• 2+ years relevant SaaS industry experience
• JIRA/Confluence experience

Compensation

Salary Range: $45,000 - $108,000
