As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights, empowering our teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. You'll drive data-driven decisions to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Healthcare Data Expertise: Organize datasets (medical records, insurance claims, prescribing data, etc.). Extract and integrate data from disparate sources.
• Data Visualization and Communication: Create visualizations (graphs, charts, dashboards) to communicate insights to stakeholders (clinicians, administrators).
• Collaboration and Strategy Development: Work with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop actionable strategies.
• Reporting and Presentation: Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight key findings and improve patient outcomes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Statistical Analysis and Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analyses (regression analysis, time series analysis, predictive modeling).
• Detail Orientation: Expert analytical capabilities with a passion for improving healthcare delivery and operational performance.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in related field (mathematics, health informatics, statistics)
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in a similar role
• Knowledge of data management systems (Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Domino Data Labs)
• Experience with different source systems (EMR, Dynamics 365, Claims platforms)
• Strong experience in reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alation)
• Experience with analysis tools (SAS, SQL)
• Experience using Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks
• Ability to organize, map, and interpret data through transformations
• Strong communication skills and keen eye for detail
• Analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (EDI, HL7) is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud data concepts and data governance is a plus
