The Data & Business Intelligence team is looking for a passionate and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to help shape data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
This role plays a key part in managing and enhancing the organisation-wide Data Warehouse, ensuring insightful reporting and valuable analytics that drive operational excellence in dental practices and support functions.
With a focus on optimising patient care, efficiency, and commercial performance, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, with intermediate to advanced skills in DAX for insightful data modelling and reporting.
- A track record of producing meaningful business reports, ideally within healthcare, clinical, or multi-site environments, helping teams make informed decisions.
- A creative approach to data visualisation, with experience in tools like Power BI, Microsoft SSRS, Google Data Studio, or Tableau, turning complex data into clear, impactful insights.
- Solid understanding of SQL and hands-on experience working within data warehouse environments, ensuring structured and reliable data management.
- Knowledge of database design principles and data governance best practices, contributing to the integrity and accessibility of key business information.
- A strong commercial mindset, with a deep appreciation for how data drives patient care, clinic performance, and business success.

We offer a fully remote or hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home, and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office, with full flexibility around the days that work best for you, and the rest working from home.
