Role Purpose: We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with Power BI expertise. The ideal candidate will create and manage data models, develop comprehensive reports, and perform predictive analytics to support business decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will provide data-driven insights, driving operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain data models for BI and reporting.
- Develop and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor business performance.
- Conduct predictive analytics to forecast trends, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data governance and management best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Development, and other departments to integrate data sources into Power BI.
- Create automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, ensuring optimal performance.
- Stay updated on BI tools, technologies, and trends to improve processes and propose innovative solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including M and DAX language.
- Experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis using tools like Python, R, or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferably understanding of machine learning algorithms and their business applications.
- Preferably experience with version control tools.
Work Flexibility: Work from home setup
Work Schedule: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Manila time

Salary Ranges:
- Grad trainees, junior, entry-level, and admin positions: PHP 3,000
- Intermediate positions: PHP 5,000
- Senior and hard-to-fill positions: PHP 8,000
