At SimplePractice, we are dedicated to improving the health and wellness industry. We're looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will turn data into insights to drive decisions and improve customer outcomes.
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to define, track, and analyze KPIs
- Build and maintain SQL-based queries, reports, and dashboards using BI tools
- Translate business needs into analytical frameworks
- Monitor and report on customer engagement, retention, onboarding, and support metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and Data Engineering teams
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting sources
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or related role
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to distill complex data into clear insights
- Experience working with Customer Success teams
