Full-Time Business Operations Analyst

Shift: Night Shift

The operations analyst is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations.

The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of:
• Submission Clearance
• Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance
• Compliance
• Auto
• Other operations, as needed

Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications.

Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables.

Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution.

Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel & Word: Proficiency Level Required (R)
• Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency Level Required (R)
