Full-Time Business Operations Analyst

Shift: Night Shift

Job Overview: The operations analyst interprets, analyzes, and processes activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. High accuracy and meeting service level requirements are critical.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results, and process transactions in various systems supporting:
• Submission Clearance
• Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance
• Compliance
• Auto
• Other operations, as needed

• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately.
• Interact with team and customers as needed.
• Communicate issues or queries promptly for quick resolution.
• Assist with troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Maintain strong verbal/written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Detail and quality-oriented.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Superior knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to changing requirements and learning new processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish working relationships.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of data processing and analysis experience.
• Experience in the insurance industry is desirable.
• Auto Rating and Workers Compensation experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree
• Essential skills: Strong proficiency with Excel and Word.
