Full-Time Business Operations Analyst

What you get to do in this role:

• Be the go-to expert for Global Talent data processes and enable your partners within various Global Talent teams.
• Manage master data in core systems (Workday, Jobvite, Service Now).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into processes/system solutions.
• Document implementation considerations, workflows, and process maps.
• Develop UAT strategy and execution for testing, defect resolution, and triaging.
• Maintain standardized data definitions and globally streamlined data entry procedures.
• Support day-to-day systems and interfaces to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, standardization, and automation of business processes and technologies.
• Participate in stakeholder communications, prepare status reports, and facilitate sessions.
• Develop and maintain simple to complex reports using Workday Report Writer and other tools.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of complex HR reports, ensuring alignment and adherence to the global reporting strategy.
• Create and maintain standardized real-time dashboards displaying key metrics and insights for HR and business leaders.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Minimum 1 year Workday and/or ServiceNow experience (or similar SaaS technology).
• Strong experience with maintaining HR data processes that are built to scale.
• Highly data-driven, analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
• Passion for data integrity.
• Technically astute, solid communicator, intellectually curious, and a fast learner.
• Strong experience with MS Excel.
