Role Summary: We seek an analytically-driven professional to join the Business Operations and Analytics team. This high-impact team drives business strategy, working cross-functionally. You'll directly support leadership, understanding business drivers, managing workstreams, and leading projects.
What You'll Do:
- Manage reporting structures for accurate metric reporting using Tia's BI tools.
- Conduct strategic analysis for leadership to inform business planning.
- Develop Tia's analytics solution to streamline data reporting.
- Partner with leadership, providing strategic insight for their business areas.
- Develop financial and operational models, including scenario analysis.
- Define Tia's business priorities and strategy.
- Become an expert on key business metrics, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, business insights, or data analytics.
- Experience with pulling/joining large datasets and analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Ability to work through ambiguity and drive forward in situations with limited definition.
- Strong collaboration skills, comfortable interacting with senior leaders.
- Independent worker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Nice to Have: Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Metabase, Periscope, Tableau, etc).
Required Education: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, statistics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a related quantitative field.
