Job Details
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.
Develop revenue forecasts, set and track OKRs and KPIs, and evaluate long-term trends.
Monitor business performance, ensuring alignment with targets, and track incidents impacting performance.
Analyze marketing investments, conversion funnels, and CRM campaigns.
Perform ad hoc analyses and operational hypothesis testing to support strategic decision-making.
Support and execute strategic projects (e.g., business expansion) with data-driven insights and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment with company goals.
Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in business, performance, investment, product, or data analytics.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Ukrainian.
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field.
