Full-Time Business Performance Analytics Lead

Analyze Business Performance: Decompose key business metrics to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities. Identify KPIs and understand performance changes, ensuring a data-driven approach.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with regional managers, product, marketing, CRM, and payment teams to track campaign and product launch impact.

Monitor Marketing Performance: Assess media buying, affiliate traffic, and CRM campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing investments.

Revenue Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop accurate revenue projections, track performance, and recommend strategy adjustments.

Plan-Fact Analysis: Monitor actual results against planned KPIs, identify discrepancies, and propose improvements.

Payments & Conversion Analytics: Analyze payment processes and funnels, identify failures, and optimize transaction success.

Data & BI Collaboration: Represent business needs, ensuring reporting structures and analytical tools align with objectives.

Actionable Insights: Create presentations, dashboards, and reports providing senior management with data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Proven Analytical Expertise: Analyze complex business data, uncover patterns, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Experience: 4+ years in business performance, product, marketing, or financial analytics (ideally in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce).

Strategic Mindset: Connect high-level business trends to granular KPI details to understand performance changes.

Collaboration & Communication: Strong cross-functional communication, especially with senior leadership and data/BI teams.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar analytics tools. SQL knowledge preferred.

Multilingual Advantage: Strong Russian or Ukrainian language skills. English is a plus.
