Contractor Business Solution Analyst

• Define and analyze business and user requirements for new or enhanced products
• Create key project documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, user guides, process flows, and wireframes
• Facilitate Design Thinking sessions to capture end-user and customer insights
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, working closely with the Engagement Manager to define scope and sprint plans
• Lead and coordinate all QA and testing activities, including working with offshore QA teams to create and execute test plans and scripts
• Support the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Assist with project onboarding materials such as Charters and SOWs
• Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to provide timely status reporting and escalate issues when necessary
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a technology delivery environment
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical documentation and functional requirements
• Experience managing product backlogs, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning
• Hands-on experience with QA/testing, including test case development and UAT coordination
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to lead client-facing discussions
• Proficient with tools such as PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and other product management platforms
• Design Thinking facilitation experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
