Full-Time Business Systems Analyst, Planning

Your CareerThis position builds, manages, and maintains model infrastructures in Sales Planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment). It reports to the Manager of Business Systems for Sales Planning and collaborates with broader business teams. The role focuses on developing requirements for system changes and technical properties. As a Model Builder, you partner with stakeholders (Global Planning, Theatre Sales Operations, Strategic Analytics) to drive projects from discovery to closure. The position works across departments and functions on various programs with differing scopes, risks, and complexities, striving for continuous improvement.

Your Impact

• Translate existing solutions, complex spreadsheets, and business problems into multi-dimensional models.
• Modify existing models for connected solutions, optimization, or new functionality.
• Provide timely feedback and progress updates to the Business Partner and team.
• Develop model documentation.
• Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
• Lead UAT testing and deployment.
• Maintain Opportunity Model infrastructure for developed models, adjusting based on business feedback.
• Build and maintain new models for future system implementation phases.
• Lead data stewardship across source systems and Pigment.
• Liaise with Sales Operations, IT, Finance, and Operations users.
• Conduct administrative tasks related to the Pigment platform.
• Research data questions that arise from platform usage.
• Provide user support for calculations/logic.
• Identify business requirements and build user stories for platform enhancements.
• Train new users on the Pigment platform.
