Part-Time Care Advice Line RN I

• Assess symptoms/concerns of callers to determine the urgency and type of care needed.
• Refer to or schedule appointments with providers as appropriate.
• Give health information and advice to callers.

• 1+ years of RN experience in adult primary care and/or pediatric care in office, clinic, military, home, urgent care or hospital setting.
• Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred or willingness to obtain within 24 months).
• Nursing program transcripts showing a passing grade in Microbiology with Lab.
• Compact Resident RN in good standing, with the ability to apply to non-compact states as needed (expenses reimbursed).
• Availability to work 10-30 hours per week, including at least 10 hours on weekends (3 out of 4) and every 3rd holiday. Shifts are flexible and include 2, 4, 8, & 12-hour options.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong computer and tech skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Self -motivated and self-disciplined a must.
• Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and make patients, parents and providers the number one priority.
• Able to thrive in a quiet, secure home office environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
