ISN is seeking experienced case reviewers for an Intelligence Agency contract.
Review and Assemble Reports: Review and assemble completed field reports of investigation (ROIs) for compliance with national standards and customer requirements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure stringent quality assurance standards for accuracy and coverage with minimal oversight.
Timely Closure: Work to deadlines and guide cases to timely closure.
Communication: Communicate regularly with field staff regarding case items/issues.
Quality Audits: May assist with quality audits.
Customer Requirements: Maintain knowledge and familiarity with customer case requirements.
Case Reworking: Assist the field investigations unit in reworking deficient cases.
Research: Use the internet to research addresses and phone numbers.
Trend Identification: Identify and track common trends for reopens and communicate trends to the program team.
Clarification: Assist in identifying information needing clarification with the customer.
Client Specifications: Work closely with the program team and investigators to complete cases to client specifications and timeliness parameters.
Coverage SME: Serve as a coverage Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing clarification to the field staff concerning deficiency notifications.
Additional Duties: May assist with additional duties related to the core job duties as tasked.
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret security clearance is required
Experience Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of review experience on any BI contract.
Training Requirements: May require proof of successful completion of a NIT approved reviewer/closer training course.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.
Skills: Must be detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot. Must demonstrate ability to work well with others, lead effectively when needed, work independently, and manage multiple complex and time-critical activities simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Superior written and oral communication skills.
Software Skills: Advanced skills in MS-Office products including MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.
