About your tasks:
Analyze category KPIs and market data to identify growth opportunities and new assortments, as well as to optimize performance and react to current developments. Support onsite pricing and collaborate with marketing teams on product placement for campaigns and promotions. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Controlling, Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes. Work with the team on cross-functional projects to improve category structures, processes, and merchandising strategies.
About you:
Have (first) experience in Category Management or similar roles, preferably in E-Commerce or for health-related products. Enjoy working very data-driven, and have good analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data, financial metrics, and market trends. Have a customer-focused mindset, and feel comfortable in dynamic environments, having the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Fluent in German and English. Can work remotely a lot if you like, but are able and willing to meet with your team in the Cologne office once a month.
