Central Ops Support Executive
The Central Ops Support Executive is expected to remotely support the daily operations of sellers.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring daily metrics.
- Providing on-field support to sellers.
- Conducting audits.
- Managing stakeholders (internal and external).
- Implementing new processes.
- Operating central control centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely monitor assigned sites via outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
- Liaise between field executives and various internal/external agencies.
- Train and guide sellers on norms and practices.
- Develop and implement SOPs, analyze data, and propose improvements to the Seller experience.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years.
Skills required:
- Understanding of customer experience.
- Strong ownership mindset.
- Pattern identification and disruption analysis.
- Detail-oriented and implications-foresight abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics).
- Proficiency with Excel and SQL.
