Central Ops Support Executive is expected to support sellers remotely. Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring daily metrics, triggering on-field support and audits.
- Managing stakeholders (internal & external).
- Deploying new processes and managing central control centers.
- Coordinating with field executives/sellers and agencies for smooth operations.
- Training sellers on norms and practices.
- Creating SOPs, analyzing data, proposing improvements for seller experience.
Experience: 6 months to 2 years.
Skills Required: Understanding of customer experience, ownership, identifying patterns/disruptions in data, scrutinizing details, and forecasting data implications.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in quantitative/technical field, Excel, SQL experience.
Team Responsibilities: Supports inbound/outbound operations via voice & non-voice channels.
Work Mode: Work from Home
Salary: 3 - 4 LPA
Additional Requirements: Willingness to work on weekends and in shifts.
